Bonjour from the wonderful Chamonix valley. We’ll be developing posture, balance and movement patterns for the kick and the glide of classic cross country skiing. Think about core stability and strength, take it gently, don’t force anything – a short 5 min session regularly is better than a long work out – little and often!
Working on our core today, as well as ski fitness and balance. Take less than 10 minutes to work on our core stability regularly. Getting ready for Nordic Heaven! Again we start with our warm up. No injuries people!
To get the most of our skiing holiday we can prepare our body with some gentle exercises, building up slowly to increase strength and balance. Take it easy, we don’t want to injure ourselves.
