Bonjour from the wonderful Chamonix valley. We’ll be developing posture, balance and movement patterns for the kick and the glide of classic cross country skiing. Think about core stability and strength, take it gently, don’t force anything – a short 5 min session regularly is better than a long work out – little and often!
